Our Services

Simple primary care and telehealth services for adults in Florida.

Types of Service

Our Services

Nexon Health Care provides primary care by secure video for adults in Florida.

The services shown above are the most common. We also provide general primary care support based on your health needs.

Minor Sick Visit

For common, non-emergency health concerns.

Examples include:

  • Cold and flu symptoms

  • Sinus symptoms

  • Cough

  • Sore throat

  • Mild respiratory symptoms

  • Urinary symptoms

  • Mild skin concerns

  • Minor infections

Your provider reviews your symptoms, discusses possible causes, and creates a care plan. Some conditions require laboratory testing, imaging, urgent care, or an in-person examination.

New Patient Primary Care Visit

For adults starting care with Nexon Health Care.

During this visit, we review:

  • Your medical history

  • Current medications

  • Allergies

  • Past surgeries

  • Chronic conditions

  • Family history

  • Preventive care needs

  • Current health concerns

Your provider then explains the findings and creates a treatment and follow-up plan.

Follow-Up Visit

For patients who need continued care after a previous visit.

We review:

  • How you are feeling

  • Whether treatment is working

  • New symptoms

  • Medication effects

  • Laboratory results

  • Changes in your health

Your treatment plan is updated when needed.

Chronic Care Management

For ongoing conditions requiring regular follow-up.

Examples include:

  • High blood pressure

  • Diabetes

  • Thyroid disease

  • High cholesterol

  • Asthma

  • Acid reflux

  • Other stable chronic conditions

Your provider reviews symptoms, home readings, medications, and laboratory results. Treatment is adjusted when appropriate.

Laboratory Review

Your provider reviews laboratory results and explains them in clear language.

This includes:

  • Discussing normal and abnormal results

  • Explaining what the results mean

  • Comparing current results with previous results

  • Recommending additional testing when needed

  • Starting or adjusting treatment when clinically appropriate

  • Creating a follow-up plan

Laboratory testing itself is not included in the visit price. Labcorp, Quest Diagnostics, or another laboratory charges separately for testing.

Medication Review and Refills

Your provider reviews:

  • Current medications

  • Doses

  • Side effects

  • Drug interactions

  • Medication effectiveness

  • Whether continued treatment is appropriate

Refills are sent when medically appropriate.

A visit does not guarantee a prescription or refill. Medication costs are paid separately to the pharmacy.

Preventive Care Counseling

We review ways to lower future health risks.

This may include:

  • Blood pressure screening

  • Diabetes screening

  • Cholesterol screening

  • Cancer screening recommendations

  • Vaccination review

  • Nutrition counseling

  • Exercise counseling

  • Weight-related counseling

  • Smoking cessation support

  • Age-appropriate preventive care

General Primary Care

We also help with common adult primary care needs, including:

  • General health questions

  • Review of outside medical records

  • Review of hospital or urgent care follow-up

  • Care planning

  • Referral recommendations

  • Specialist coordination
