$69 per month
The membership includes:

There is no deposit.

The membership includes 2 visits each month.
After you use both included visits, an additional visit during the same month costs $89.
This visit is scheduled separately and depends on appointment availability.
New Patient One-Time Visit
$119
This option is for adults who want a complete primary care evaluation without joining the membership.
It includes:

How Long Is a Visit?
Most visits are scheduled for 30 minutes.
A new patient visit may take up to 45 minutes because we need more time to collect and review your medical information.
Laboratory Testing
The visit price does not include laboratory testing.
When testing is needed, we send the order to Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics.
Labcorp or Quest charges you separately for the laboratory work.
The laboratory price depends on the tests ordered and your insurance coverage.
Medications
The visit price does not include medications.
When a prescription is medically appropriate, we send it to your pharmacy.
The pharmacy charges you separately for the medication.
Paying for a visit does not guarantee a prescription.
