Service Description
Book a telehealth visit with Nexon Health Care for adult primary care concerns. This option is for non-member patients who want to pay per visit. You must be physically located in Florida at the time of the appointment. This visit may help with general health concerns, urgent sick symptoms, medication review, lab review, and follow-up care. Prescriptions, labs, imaging, and referrals are provided only when clinically appropriate. This service is not for emergencies. If you have chest pain, severe shortness of breath, stroke symptoms, severe allergic reaction, severe abdominal pain, uncontrolled bleeding, suicidal thoughts, or another emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Nexo Health Care, we value your time and aim to provide timely care to all patients. To ensure availability and minimize missed appointments, we have established the following cancellation and no-show policy: Free Cancellation Window: Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any fee. Paid Cancellation/No-Show Window: If you cancel or fail to attend your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a $10 cancellation or no-show fee will be charged. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via phone, email, or our online platform at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to maintain accessible, efficient care for all of our patients.
